It has been a while for the posts. So here's the higlights:

Blossom

Blossom lost her fight with cancer Monday 9-26-11. We love her and miss her terribly.

Rainbow Bridge

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close with someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water, and sunshine and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they miss someone very special to them, one who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the veloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so lonmg gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

Gal Pal Gigi's 5th Birthday

Always fun at the 3D's and especially fun to celebrate Gigi's 5th!

Food, Fun, Pool, Pinata, Cupcakes and all the friends!

Summer gone...

I just looked and hadn't posted since the end of school and don't know where the time went.

Alex went to school camp. Basically camp at his preschool but since he changed classe rooms it became school camp.

We had multiple visits to Tampa to Shriners Childrens Hospital and he was fitted with his prostetic "helper hand". He wears it at home and we practice with playing with helper hand. He has yet to venture out with it on. Anyone who asks him about it-well he just tells them they have to come to his house to see it.

We took a trip to Ohio to see Aunt Soup and her family. Unkle Ron, KT, Josie, Antnee and buddy Leah.
And he met my cousins-Cousin Ray and Ellie.

His buddies Erin and Ella came by to see him when they were in town. He hadn't seen them in about 6 months sooo they were the "New Girls".

Well after the pre-school year with Karate Man once a week, Alex got his yellow belt. Needless to say since we went to the 'graduation" Alex did not do what he was supposed to be doing. We were assured by Sensei Franco that he did "great" the rest of the time....

Disney Hollywood Studio

Super Fun at Disney Jr. Saw Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Jake and the Neverland Pirates, Handy Manny, and Little Einsteins. All his favorite Programs. But the Cars exhibit was closed as it's being revamped in anticpation for the new movie out this month. No Finneous and Ferb-not open yet-big let down. But by now he was ready to go home! Guess we'll just have to go back another time!
